You could place your order through our website to purchase from Roscutong. Once you have finished your order, the details will be sent to you through the acknowledgment email. It is by far from being an order acceptance because it simply means that we have received your order. We are allowed to accept or reject any order at our own discretion.
It accepts payment in cash upon delivery, and when your order is delivered, you will have to pay a cash amount to our delivery representative. Be prepared with the exact cash at delivery because, more often than not, our representatives do not carry change.
Failure to pay cash at delivery may void your order, and you may become ineligible for future orders from us.
Roscutong will make a genuine effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe. No guaranteed delivery time frames can be provided since things happen and can't be very predictable-things like the address of the customer, availability of cashiers, car breakdowns, etc. Once the delivery is made, the risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you. If, for any reason, delivery cannot be completed due to a wrong address or the absence of the recipient, the right to charge a redelivery fee or cancel the order is reserved.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 7 days from when you received your order by emailing us at [email protected]. We shall be in a position to replace or provide a product exchange depending on the availability of the product in the stock. Since we don't rely on banking systems, you should expect your refunds directly via a bank transfer with the details that you have provided.
You must return them to us in their condition, including all packaging and documentation, if they are to be replaced.
