We only accept cash as a payment method for now. So, you need to make sure you have the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery.

Unfortunately, as of now, we do not provide live order tracking. But, when your order will out for delivery, we will inform you via email.

We accept return of faulty or incorrect items within 7 days of receiving the product.

We would like to inform you that our delivery time depends on your location. Usually, we will take around 3 to 7 days to deliver your ordered item.

Sadly, we do not do international shipping as our main focus is in Hong Kong.

In order to make any alternations to your order, you should get in touch with us immediately. We cannot do anything once an order is dispatched or processed.

If you receive any of your ordered items in a damaged condition, you must contact us immediately in the following 7 days from the delivery date.
